If there’s a number that needs explaining, a spreadsheet that needs untangling or a budget that needs watching, Ricky is your guy.
With more than 20 years of experience across direct marketing, consumer packaged goods and computer hardware, Ricky brings a calm, analytical approach to the business and an impressive ability to spot the details the rest of us might miss.
Outside of work, his interests are decidedly less spreadsheet-heavy. Ricky is always on the hunt for great vegan baked goods, loves spending time with his son and has been known to take his own cookie and brownie recipes very seriously. He’s also a lifelong animal lover and, together with his wife Julie, founded Peace Fur Paws, a nonprofit dedicated to helping animals in need.
So while Ricky may be responsible for keeping the books in order, the only thing he’s actually cooking is brownies. And yes, Audrey’s banana bread still has something to say about that.
